New listings appear at random times and the 10-working-day clock is always running. With alerts on, we email you when somebody lists a slot at a centre you'd accept: at most one email an hour, only when there is something new, sent to the address you signed in with.

Your swap window shuts, so hearing early matters.

Reading the score: it rewards how much sooner their test is, how well their slot fits the window and times you asked for, and how close their centre is to yours. A mutual match at 90+ is worth acting on today, because those slots tend to be gone within a week.
