Matches appear at random times and the 10-working-day clock is always running. Rather than checking back, get a message the moment somebody lists a slot that fits, plus a warning before your own swap window closes.

We'll warn you a week before your swap window shuts.

Reading the score: it rewards how much sooner their test is, how well their slot fits the window and times you asked for, and how close their centre is to yours. A mutual match at 90+ is worth acting on today, because those slots tend to be gone within a week.
